Our Cheeserie is simple in design and fitout. All our cheeses are handmade by my husband and I with attention to detail.
We pasteurise using a batch style pasteuriser to minimise the disturbance to the milk. This helps enhance the subtle flavours and maintain the creamy texture.
We have maturing rooms in which we mature our semi-matured and hard cheeses.
We are continually studying and experimenting with our cheese making techniques and are looking forward to expanding our cheese range and creating some unique soft cheeses.
